The Twin Pedestal Computer Desk is part of our Oak Furniture Direct contemporary range. Its overall dimensions are H80 x W157 x D55 cm. The left pedestal holds two roomy stationary drawers and a large suspension filing drawer which easily accommodates foolscap files. The right pedestal has a third stationary drawer and a hidden tower unit (internal dimensions H53.4 x W38 x D50 cm) to keep your computer free from dust and safe from accidental damage. The middle section is designed to allow plenty of space for your legs, with no struts to get in your way.

In between the two pedestals is a pullout keyboard drawer, which provides a generous 38 cm deep working area when open and hides the keyboard when closed. All of the drawers have elegant, contemporary brushed steel two-tone handles.

This desk is built exceptionally well, using carefully selected high-grade oak with panelled sides and a tongue and groove back. The drawer joints are dovetailed for extra strength, and the back and drawer inners are quality hardwood. There are no veneers to split and peel, so this desk will look great for years. The distinctive oak grain is enhanced by a resilient satin lacquer finish, which is hard-wearing and gives the wood a lovely smooth feel.
