How do I know that my order has been processed?

You will receive a confirmation email from us that your order has been processed. You should receive this minutes from placing your order. If you do not - PLEASE CALL US on 0800 876 0969- we want you to be comfortable with us as a company and welcome your call to verify your order.

Will I be notified of delivery date and time?

Yes, we never deliver without arranging a convenient time with you. Your goods will be delivered withing 10 working days (Maximum!) and shortly after you have placed your order, our Logistics will be in touch with you to arrange this date.

You can also receive a text message when your goods have been loaded onto the vehicle.

What happens on the day of delivery?

How about this? - The driver will text you approximately one hour before he is due to arrive at your premises. You will then have your goods delivered by a professional, friendly driver who is also knowledgable about the products that he is delivering.
